Ditch to perform with Eek-a-Mouse at Brixton South Bay

Ditch will open for Eek-a-Mouse on Thursday Sept 10th 2009 at the Brixton South Bay. The Brixton South Bay is an upscale venue downstairs on the Redondo pier. Ditch will perform hot new songs from his mixtape: “Never Gonna Stop” and as always promises some surprises. Eek-a-Mouse rose to fame in the very early 1980’s which an original and dynamic vocal technique sometimes called “bong ding ding”. Mouse created the technique and no one else can do it but the Mouse. Ditch says: “ if you guys have never seen the kind of party that’s created when Ditch and Eek-a-Mouse are together in the same room , let alone on the same show both performing…boy that place is in for a wild night and 1 hell of a (expletive) party”. Eek-a-Mouse is considered on of the best Reggae artists alive today. Ditch has Eek-a-Mouse on his new album Public Intoxication which is out now on I Tunes. Other guests on the cd include: Bishop Don Juan, Shock G aka Humpty, Chali 2na from Jurassic 5, Hot Dollar, Cashis from Shady Records, and Dogboy from Too Rude. Fans who want to buy the album can search Public Intoxication on I Tunes. There is no word as of press time if Ditch and Eek-a-Mouse will take the stage together at Brixton, but it has happened before. In October 2008 Ditch surprised a large crowd at the So Cal Rock Revolution when he brought out Eek-a-Mouse as a special guest during his 30 minute plus set. At that show a media frenzy was created by Ditch and Eek-a-Mouse ( Hip Hop and Reggae) hanging out together enjoying the large concert festival which also featured Kottonmouth Kings, Hed Pe, Unwritten Law, Jahrootsalem, and more. Pre Sale tickets for the Ditch /Eek-a-Mouse concert are $20.00 presale by emailing Ditchofmayhem@yahoo.com Ditch’s new mixtape: “Never Gonna Stop” is out free now at www.lethaltendermusic.com . Tazer, Fights, arrest’s and Ditch close down Club Mood Forever

Ditch Headlined the highly anticipated final night of Club Mood Hollywood, Ca last night Saturday August 22nd 2009. Although it wasn’t the fight or the tazing, or the arrests that closed the club down permanently, it made for one wild final night in what is sure to be one of the most talked about and remembered Ditch performances ever. The club was smokey, packed and ready for Ditch’s special performance. As Dj Noize spun Snoop Dogg’s: “Whats My Name“ for the revved up crowd, Ditch entered the stage with a foaming bottle of Moet Champagne. Dressed in all black, and surprisingly less bling, the crowd rose to applause. Ditch greeted the crowd and then launched into the new song: “Stuntin In My Car” when a riot erupted in the front part of the crowd. One girl broke a bottle over another girls face and yet another girl tazered a girl. At least one girl was arrested on the scene. Ditch continued his strong, heated performance. He paused for a moment to tell the crowd: “Listen tonight is the final night of Club Mood ever…so everyone needs to stop (expletive) fighting…Were here for a good time, not a long time so knock that (expletive) off…Dj Noize I guess the madness is” “Never Gonna Stop” before he launched into the title track from his new mixtape. The fighting part of the amped up crowd was removed from the venue by security and LAPD and Ditch continued his show performing : “Swagger Like Ditch”, “Jump Up” and a few others before thanking the club. This is not the first time there has been a riot at a Ditch show. Back in June 2009 a Ditch and New Boyz was cut short at Incahoots, in Fullerton California when a riot erupted in the crowd forcing the club to close for the night. At that event chairs, bottles and fists flew all around the venue for over 10 minutes and spilled into the parking lot before being subdued. Ditch’s new album Public Intoxication is out now on I Tunes.
